I am a PA to the GM who heads 5 sub-units under 5 Senior Managers. My relationship with all is good because at the end of the day we are a team that makes what we call P2.1. GPAA has taught me patience, tolerance, integrity, compassion, good communication, courtesy, service excellence and respect I enjoyed being part of a hard-working team of P2.1. Most of the Quarter's we will come up tops as per Monitoring and Evaluation Report on Quarterly Performance per sections. The most challenging aspects of my job was having to deal with unhappy clients at times their pain affects you as a person and at times you deal with a case that is out of your hands due to delays on the third-party,

Excellent learning curves
Management and Strategy Execution day to day Employer and Stakeholder Management Project Management Report Writing I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers and employees. I have learnt the art of mastering people management at an executive level, engaging with Members of Parliament and Standing Committees in Cabinet. Stakeholder relations management is what I enjoy the most. Most challenging part of the job is when there are delays in payments of members for unclaimed and unpaid benefits.

Excellent for career growth
It is a great environment to work in. A usual day I work on cases allocated to me for investigation, analyse new cases given on that day, set up meetings with clients, witnesses and suspects. I also discuss cases we working on with fellow colleagues. The investigation and risk unit is very small, as a result there is a good working relationship with colleagues, we advice each other on complex cases and way forward, we do have lunches together on most days. I have learnt a lot in the Fraud, Risk and Investigation, mainly because it is the department where my career started, having being mentored and guided by very experienced co-workers in the market. Investigation and connecting the dot, revealing the hidden and revealing the truth and facts is what i enjoy most. Every job has its own challenges, however, something good can come out of the challenge.

Internship programme
working at Gpaa has given me the opportunity to learn about different cultures and personalities, its a healthy working environment as employees are encouraged to greet each other and assist when one has a problem. my co workers are helpful, as they taught me most of the things i know today. im in the supply chain section and i love what i do. i have learned about the supply chain policies and how to apply them, the purchasing process (tender and RFP/RFQ). Working with service providers is a bit challenging but also educational.

Excellent learning environment
The Government Pensions Administration Agency has been a great place for me to apply almost everything that I learnt at the university of North West while doing my degree in Economics. The moral is very good, most people here are very friendly and very much dedicated on doing their work
