Great skill imorovement and challenging environment...

I work in a fast pased and busy environment with alot of money at hand which creates alot of attention to procedures.I adore my co-workers because the fun energetic and great problem solvers and what i have learnt there is patience is key,professionalism is inevitable.i mostly enjoy the customer interactions and vibrant culture that is there and the most challenging thing is that the hours and labour are not correctly recorded and like most companies when it comes to salary payment there are always issues and mishaps that employees have to adhere to and it's not fair.

Its a good company .I kearn a lost of thing when its comes to cco I will endeavor  to effectively  performance all my tasks  as required  by the organization and maintain  the standard as defined  by you.given the opportunity. I will perform  my duties  with perseverance,dedication  and loyalty. It is my aim to make and be part of a successful  team that is directly  involve in making  the  organization  a success  as I bealive  I have a role to play in making  things a success

Good to place to work for

Good place to work for. Long hours. Not uncommon in the industry. Always opening new branches and that creates optimism as well as opportunities. Growth in the company always possible if you really want it and are up it for new challenges.

Excellent learning curve

Goldrush has been a learning experience for me. I was exposed to different departments within finance but I was there creditors function but I was exposed to audit and treasury functions. There was no pressure with the amount of work they assign to me. The employees are very friendly so is the senior staff.

Pros: Opportunity for growth
Cons: Work volume is overwhelming

Excellent learning curve

typical day work , have to open and close the branch from 7am to 7 pm in the evening do daily cash ups ,generate float to clerks order stock, balance stock , answer emails most importantly be good in excel, and know how-to balance

Excellent in sales and customer service

Very ambitious about customer service and sales A hard worker and a fast learner ive been trained to handle cutomers to a level of no magnitude ive sold over 50 sell phone contracts with my first 3months of working ive pushed myself to the limit Buying signals Closing in when managing sales

I have learned more and now i need samething that will challeng me more

I have learned so much especially dealing with different king of people on daily basis, on how to communicate and to deal with people. I liked the relationship we have with ma co-workers we are a team work and we always try by all means to get along very well and to understand each other and that helped us because it kept the business going an running. The most challenging aspects of the job is whereby you have to deal issue that can not be resolved.

Pros: You get to understand different type of peolpe .
Cons: Long working hours.

Work with customer,resolving their gambling machine problem remotely ,doing different reports My relationship with worker is good I learn more things,fixing the machines I enjoy to do things practical and team work Is when the customer machine not resolved
