Overhaul and maintainy diesel engine

The trading hours from Monday to Thursday start at 07:00-16:45 and on fridays start from 07:00-15:30.I have learnt how to overhaul, troubleshooting and Maintaining MAN Engines (D0826 & D0836) for A63 and HB2 buses. I have a good relationship with the management and people on the floor,that is why sometimes when one of the supervisors is on leave or sick they make me as standby/acting supervisor for that certain workshop.we deal with different situation everyday.

Pros: no promotion
Cons: no long hours

Review summary

It is a fast pace environment and new problems occur anytime that needs to be resolved as soon as possible. Follow ups are essential giving feedback to management. I have learned to be a better person building relationships with my peers, management and our passengers. I always meet my deadlines so I have learned to manage time better.

Pros: I have studied through the company and it is a big organization. They eager to develop people and provide transport services to their commuters on a daily basis.
Cons: Working six years faithfully being totally committed applying almost 30 times without a promotion.
