Acquirement of good leadership roles and specifics on the job description. working with different people makes one to know the different characters and how to work with them Working as teams is one of the great experience for development because there are people who do not comply with the work ethic or even do not share the same values, though I believe in the company procedural outline, it channels everyone in the great benefit of the stuff and the company.

Good experience

The company is an NGO funded by Social Development, I am working from 9h00-16h00 and the community center is expected to reach a 150 target or more of people that comes in to register for job opportunities. Each centre has 2 administrators and I have a good relation with my colleague we working as a team and make sure we reach the target or exceed it. It is quite a good experience as well as I learned how to make yourself money because the more you market people the more you earn so definitely I have to push more to receive a extra commission. The challenge we have is that the company lacks resources, they load not enough data and when they get finished we have to buy ourselves one because we want to reach a target and they load data only once a month.

Relationship with employees is good but they lack professionalism and management they don't give you necessary supp .Favoritism is always problem between some employees and management and nepotism. rt

Excellent learning curve

It's nice to work at Godisang, but there is no growth opportunity at all. We are all rounders, we do just about everything even if we do have our designations. I work very well with my co-workers there is a team work. I have learnt about Human Resources tasks even though its not my career path. I enjoy working as a Facilitator and organizing events at the NGO. The most challenging is when i have to draw big numbers of people for our life skills workshop.

Pros: no opportunity for growth
Cons: Working long hours sometimes until in the wee hours when we have events

Excellent learning curve

on Mondays we have a meeting with the team try and resole issues that we have work or personal. from there i allocate work accordingly to the team i have a good relationship with my team im more of a friend a sister than a supervisor. if there's differences we sort them out i cant have people who not talking to each other on my team.

Learning curve

it is a nice environment and a quiet space but sometimes its draining emotionally when people come to tell u how they need the job hope they will get hence u dont even know when will they be hired so the pay sucks big time but am here for expirience
