It is an excellent learning curve for me.
Data capturing of the applicant's information on the lulaway system. Filing applicant's registration form. Answering to clients queries face to face as well as telephonically. Writing weekly reports and monthly report. Ordering stationary. Going to the office was like going to another family that care's and support's one and another, Every time when I needed help my co-workers were there to assistant me, if also there was somethings they do not understand they will call me to help them. I have learnt how to communicate properly with clients. How to manage with pressure of clients coming in numbers. How to deal with an angry clients. Being front of client communicating with them, showed me the side I didn't know about myself. The most challenging aspect I have came across is that with enough resources/Material to complete your it is hard to complete your duties.

The pressure that come's with the job will enhance your ability to work faster
A typical day is getting to the office, sign the register, hold a prayer with staff, allocate work for everyone, give EA numbers for different regions, attend those having troubles with laptops, check work and EA numbers for the following day, request what is needed from my boss, then do my data capture duties, go for lunch, take stats at knock off time. My relationship with my co-workers is neutral since i have to assist them with what ever they need however the environment is great but i have to crack a whip in order to get them to work harder. That's the most challenging aspect of the job.
Pros: In the past year i have become the vice supervisor and recently given the opportunity to shadow the IT guy in order to assist my stuff with IT issues.

Excellent learning curve
on Mondays we have a meeting with the team try and resole issues that we have work or personal. from there i allocate work accordingly to the team i have a good relationship with my team im more of a friend a sister than a supervisor. if there's differences we sort them out i cant have people who not talking to each other on my team.

I am a hardworking individual that seeks opportunities to increase my experience. Furthermore, I would like to improve my skills through continuous training ase my experience. Furthermore, I would like to improve my skills through continuous training to ensure success at any task or project that I will be called upon to undertake. I believe that I’m the suitable candidate for the job as I have suitable skills and attributes that could enhance the performance of any company or work environment that puts to use my expertise. I have an enquiring mind and am very confident and perceptive to my surroundings. Communicate and interact comfortably at executive and lower levels with people of different cultural backgrounds. Apart from the prospect of financial reward, motivation comes from the sense of satisfaction of a job well done.

The learning curve
What I like about office admin is the challenges you come across, working under pressure but able to maintain the situation at hand, I get to learn more about people and ways of interacting with people. We work well as a team and always there to help each other. I’ve learnt how to communicate with people in a right manner no matter the circumstances.

Excellent Learning curve
I’m a hard working, mature individual that makes the best of every opportunity given. I am trustworthy, honest, assertive and loyal towards my family, friends and employers. My skills that I’ve acquired allow me to be able to work well with others and individually. My skills in Administration, Customers service, Proofreading, Data capturing, Auditing , Purchasing. What set me apart from others are my strong beliefs, work etiquette, dedication and passion I put into everything I do.

Its a very professional organisation that provides skills to those who are previously disadvantaged.
Im learning new things every day in this organisation especially dealing with capturing people to the system at all times the information that I capture has to be accurate at all times,so I have learned to work ensuring that each and every information is accurate.

Skill Developing
Acquirement of good leadership roles and specifics on the job description. working with different people makes one to know the different characters and how to work with them Working as teams is one of the great experience for development because there are people who do not comply with the work ethic or even do not share the same values, though I believe in the company procedural outline, it channels everyone in the great benefit of the stuff and the company.

- Nnormal working day - Must be able to work under pressure - organise venues for training (facilitate) get audience who will be attending the workshop.

It has been an excellent learning curve
On a typical work day I set up and prepare the work station. I check the equipment, if there are in good working condition than I connecting the internet. Printing out application forms and registers. Capturing of applicants information into the Lulaway System. I have learnt to work with different kinds of people. I enjoy working with my colleague.
Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: I am not exposure no a higher level.
