Basic day at work

A typical day at the office, im at wor at 8:20 to do the stock take in the morning make sure the banking is all correct and then tell my staff to clean the store. Thereafter we have a 10 min meeting if they have outstanding queries or any difficulties. I attend to mager queries and resolve them. I also resolve the queries my staff cannot handle. I check upgrades that was done the day before if it was loaded on the system and if it is a warehouse delivery i track the phone and update the customer twice a day. i also review the month to date figures and do coaching with my staff if they fslling behind. I also email my regional manager ideas of promoting our company, i also came up with an idea couple month back which will be launched in Deceber 2017, to sell the smart watches to the primary schools, the watch can video call and make phone calls its also a tracker .Its a good safty gadget for school kids, which no other network has .

Pros: They always pay our salaries on time if there is a query with salarys its sorted out immediaty
Cons: Delays with resolving customer queries
