Exelent learning curve

My boss was dishonest. Did not have management skills. My co workers always slunder. I love some clients who preferred to be served by me. Most challenge was to go to the job and him deliberately making me do a lot of things he knew was immposible to get done in a day

EXCELLENT LEARNING

it is an exciting job everyday , we learn everyday and we teach each other everyday new things amongs us at this job. we get along , we have a forum to help us understand ourself better. i have learned too many things like being positive, honest i can be a better person and work with my co-workers in peace. helping hand it is very important and enjoyeble and it makes our work to be easy and meet the deadlines on time. The challenging part is that everyone is the manage of their own table therefore if u are behind with ur work you need to make a plan , whether you work over the weekend or early in the morning or late at night to make your work up to date. That is all

Good working industry

I enjoy your working in this industry because we are the movers and shakers we get things done. I get to interact with people from different backgrounds on a daily basis, form partnership.

Its been great, I now have so much knowledge

Working at globeflight has been amazing My relationship with co workers is good Applying for a new job is about growing and more opportunities I have learnt so much especially the ins and outs of the business, How to handle frustrated Customers, Ive also learnt so much on imports I enjoy assisting clients and ensuring they get the best services. The havent experienced difficult aspects with my job

Learning

Being actively involved in the customer service industry, I succeeded in building a mutual relationship with both new and existing clients. I have managed to identify my passion in the business environment, that being, Credit Control and I therefore manage to offer all clients the solution they need, they deserve and the after sales service no one ever gets. My excellent Credit Control skills made me an achiever, and being a likeable extroverted person in the accounts environment, I managed to break the barrier where customer communication was lacking.

I AM WILLING TO LEARN

I AM A QUITE PERSON ,HARD WORKER .HAVING GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO- WORKERS.I HAVE LEARNED A LOT AT GLOBEFLIGHT AS I STARTED WORKING AS A DATA CAPTURE FOR A YEAR THEN PROMOTED TO ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT FOR QUALITY CONTROLLER AND QUERY CLERK. I ENJOY A LOT AS AM LEARNING LOT OF THINGS .THE MOST CHALLENGING ABOUT QUALITY CONTROLLER IS THE INVOICING AS I HAVE TO BE ACCURATE SO THAT I MUST CHARGE THE CLIENT CORRECT AMOUNT AND SENDING OUT STATEMENTS TO CLIENT EVERY MONTH END.THEN AFTER CLOSING OFF MONTH END I HAD TO DO THE CREDIT NOTE IF THE IS ANY.RECEIVING CALLS FROM CLIENT REQUESTING THE CREDIT OR ANY INFORMATION REGARDING THE RATES.
