Excellent learning curve

I typical day would include explaining various policies to clients, I learned how to communicate with people from different walks of life and the importance of confidence and goals in a sales environment . I enjoyed interacting with different people from all over South Africa.

Cons: Had to work on Sundays to reach targets

Fast learner also keen to learn .

I am a self motivated individual who likes new challenge and I am a fast learner also keen to learn new things. I currently working at Global Direct as a Field agent and I'm computer literacy also can type 15 words per minute

Learning curve

I go on the field every day for 8 hours to sell my product. What I have learned is that selling is not for everyone you got to be passionate and goal driven about what you are selling. And also being in Global Direct has taught me how to work with different people and building a good business relationship with your colleagues.Getting to talk with people and changing people's life everyday is the best I have experienced. The challenging part is when u get to meet lot of negative people and you can't even get to overcome/handle their objections

Excellent learning curve

Employees:Great team to work with Management is very fair and give everyone opportunity for growth. I have learned to be able to take charge and lead staff The most difficult times is when your staff do not make sales and you have to share your own salary with them.

Pros: Learn to be independent and great opportunity for growth
Cons: No basic salary, Long working hours and spending many days away from home

Excellent learning curve

At global direct I have learnt how to behavior in people using Jorge language and how I treat other people in a right way. The challenges I have faced are to deal with angry customers but I have mustered that why I was the best selling agent and got position to be a trainer. What I enjoyed the most was payday and meeting new people in new places.
