Learning curve

Got to experience the working environment and a work culture. The internship formed part of my degree, as a WIL module. I managed to learn a lot including the program known as SAP which I enjoyed hence it falls under accounting, so I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to work on it even though it was for a short period of time

Learned to work safe and in a safe environment

It is a good environment to work at. Different cultures which are guided by same vision to work safe and meet our targets. Mine has also invested alot in us. Teaching us to work safe, drive safe and be loyal to company policies. They inform us on weekly basics on how to work safe and also reward us for working safe. I enjoy being at the mine overall.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn other technical fields
Cons: Dificult to drive at night

Gaining relevant experience

My daily work is routine. I have good relationship with my coworkers, we work as a team to achieve one goal. What I enjoy the most is insuring that my deadlines are met with quality and keeping clients satisfied.

Good

Typical work day is compiling and sending daily reports. Communicating with the people onsite to get more information. My relationship with my co workers is very good as we all working to get the same results. The most challenging aspects of the job is to keep a difficult client calm and happy, making sure the customer is satisfied.

Good for experience

Seems like a good environment to work for. Then equip you for the outside world. There's a lot of learning and great people willing to assist. The company should also focus on taking care of their staff and also come up with better ways of managing interns of management. There also should be defined processes for different departments and some sense of accountability. QQ

Great technology and working enviroment

My typical work day consist of helping clients with technical issues.Team player and always willing to help my co-workers.Learned so much about safety and the industry.There is always new technology to learn about.Not always getting the relevant training on new technology

Training and development

I work with the whole team in the company including remote areas and mining division ,coordinating and preparation of HSE training daily task , i invest safety of the people in our company , there is lot of systems and lots of products we learn of and its have a training centre as well

Cons: working hours are normal and fair
