I have enjoyed this role. I have learnt many things, created good working relationships. I would like to move into a more permanent position to allow me to fully develop my career.

Excellent learning curve

NNo benefits. Employees underpaid but expected to work to their full capacity. No bonuses, nor promotions.Empliyees are not given enough credit for the hardwork they do. No year end functions, the culture is just not nice

I am a self-motivated young man who has a positive attitude towards any aspect of life. I am a confident hard-working person who is able to adapt fast and enjoy interacting with other people.

Exciting learning curve. From BU accountant to Group Accounts Payable manager

Start early morning with a cup of coffee with colleagues. The most challenging aspect is to explain accounting to non-accounting staff. I do have a good work relation ship with co-workers. I enjoy a challenging recon and assist my clerks whenever they get stuck

Excellence learning curve

I'm learning new things every day and I'm glad I'm part of the team, the team is wonderful great to work with them and learning from each other The work is great because it is flexible and nice environment to work at There are lot of technical challenges and it's good because I learn from the challenges and I always do the best to certisfy the client and make sure that clients understand

It has been a great learning experience. I am now looking to grow in a different environment

A typical work day involves providing IT assistance to the external client of Gijima Holdings, clients range from retail outlets to major enterprises like banks. I have been privileged enough to provide Support for two of South Africa's biggest banks, Absa and FNB. I have learnt to do my work in a most professional manner in a professional environment as my performance reflects badly on the entire Gijima team to its clients. I have enjoyed working with my colleagues and strengthened my technical skills and abilities, but I am very eager to learn more.

It has been the most amazing and eye opening experience to have started my career at Gijima.

My manger My manager, I and co-workers communicated on a daily basis. I would like to beleive we are more than just co-workers. Personal growth has been challenging and yet great because I have discovered other aspects to me, what I can be able to acheive.

Stressful working environment

Work long hours as a consultant. Work on weekends too. Always on the clock. Don’t feel appreciated by management but the salary makes up for everything that the company is not
