Great exposure to a viarity of office queries which you learn to deal with effectively

in the office sometimes you find that it is busy but manageable, the relationship with co-workers is very good and we are like family we have an understanding of each other. skills that I have attained are communication skills, knowing how to work with a variety of people with different cultures and having an understanding of what my job is entailing. what I enjoy is working with people, assisting in everyway I can and being surrounded by people who are friendly. challenges are students coming in late when it is office closing time but then you have to assist them without complaints and the demand of them needing your full attention at once.

Excellence working curve

It is indeed a great working environment as we serve our people as a college, The relationship is very professional and a very good one I have learnt how to communicate with Suppliers, Solving Problems, Admin Work, Computer Skills and to work under pressure. Working Under Pressure and the Challenges The most challenging aspects of the job, is that you always have to work under pressure as we sometimes receive request very late which the event or the goods or services are needed the day after and we have to deal with them immediate to request quotations and issue an order

Classroom Assistant/Receptionist

I am an Intern serving to get my Diploma. I have a drivers Licence code C , in this institution I've learned to be patience and to working with different charactors .. I enjoy working with everyone and makining sure that my work is efficient that my job is good.the most challenging thing is that the manager will not alert us in time that we will be working late which make it difficult because you won't have enough timeto get a baby sitter as we are parentss some of us.y

Excellent learning curve

Typical day includes, working with all Microsoft programme in daily basis and attending visitors which includes internal and external Marketing and career guidance. The workers are very comprehensive, we enjoy team work the most since we all have to explore and come up with ideas.

Excellent learning curve

I like to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and learn their cultures,to work there makes make to know how to solve and improve my skills,it become hectic at times because the students await for the closing date before they submit the needed documents,but you need to be patient with them so that you can be able to handle them well

Is a good learning curve because we also conduct practicals for our students

I am currently a PL1 senior lecturer ,I am also a staff representative for 102 employees,I am in many committees such as wellness commuttee,sports committee,IQMS committee e.t.c

Pros: There is a great opportunity for growth in the company for both theoretical,practical and manegerial aspects.i am ready for new challenge in your company where I will gain valuable experience through the help of your hardworking team.
Cons: I am prepared to work overtimes if needs be and I am also used to work night shifts As I'm used to work different shifts at revival electrical transformers company

Well organised, working overtimes, able to work with others and and can work alone

Capturing registers, answering calls, working with office manager and education specialist, and preparing meetings working with the student support servicers in collecting and capturing registers I've learned that people are different and you must be patient with them. I enjoyed working with different motivated people every day
