Requires someone who can think alone, make decisions on behalf of the company and prioritize work loads for stuff.

Small growing business.
Company was small and lacked in many elements of business management but it has great potential. Being the office manager meant having to deal with HR issues, sales, invoicing, inventory and expos. The staff are committed dealing with clients was a pleasure and had its challenges from which I was able to learn a lot. It was such a learning experience
