It is good for my training

I was on an apprenticeship and I just qualified as an artisan a month ago. I attend to machine and equipment breakdowns. I also do installations and servicing.

Pros: There is no chance of growth
Cons: The hours are okay, but to bridge my finances I take overtime and end up working 7 days a week

Excellent learning curve

I have learned a lot in the company on how to supervise and control my team,to organise materials and tools for the team,teach them about safety and on how to identify hazards,to inspect the job,to request moi and it when required,to prepare data packs.

Pros: Good opportunity
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

I started at genrec 2015 as an apprentice boilermaker. I never looked back I worked hard in such a way that when I qualified I was offered a job by genrec.
