I am working as a mechanical technician but not a permanent job and it's a year working here.willing to work permanent and have growth within the company as well.thanks

Good learning curve

The working environment is great. The organization respect/value their employees and the customers. Communication is treated as one of the important keys. Safety of the employees is an overriding priority in the organization.

Obtain knowledge

- Free working environment - checking and inquiring on any thing that is not usual on my accounts - Co-workers are always easy to rich to and listen and we enjoy each other personal mile stones and provide great support

Pros: Great oportunity for learning & undertand the entire manufacturing industry
Cons: Interactions with departments (jangon etc)

Cooperate well with the team

I was working five days a week Monday to Friday,and we were a team of six guys.The relationship with the guys was great we were like brothers we understand each other in all situations.I have learned a lot first of all self discipline and also how to interact with people.Unity was one thing that was keeping us intact that was one thing I liked the most.The pressure when we fall behind of schedule.
