Developed excellent negotiation skills
aFulfilling part of the job is resolving complex issues and giving customer satisfaction. The challenging part is making decision that will affect a lot of people it stressful, time consuming. It needs attention and focus. Having supportive team who had taught me that collective effort can help a team to achieve more. Have acquired a wealth of knowledge on dealing with domestic and international customer service and debt solutions.
Pros: Entrusting me with the responsibility of making tough decision that benefited the organization and retained customer's confidence
Cons: Not enough room for growth due the outsourcing of services in my department
