This was part of learnership whereby they were developing students giving g them skill and experience with a monthly stipend and it was a contract position not permanent.

Excellent learning curve

The job is mind training as I log calls to senior Technicians if the troubleshooting of smartboards and other gadgets is over my ability. In a typical work day I troubleshoot all gadgets. I have a good relationship with my co-workers on work related aspects. I learnt new skills as I can now do some of the admin work like taking calls in a good manner, using SA-SAMS and filling. I enjoy my field of work the most as a technician I make sure I maintain the smartboards and tablets well. The most challenging aspect of the job is when I am unable to resolve a technical problem then I need to log a call for assistance. This is a good workplace for me as a beginner. The workplace is a great place of working with group of people, getting to know others and assisting where I can.

Perfect

it was a very nice plkace to work for just that the contract ended. i have learn so many thing thing because iwas also helping in a adim staff to make copies, printing some email learning how to use SASAMS . and i enjoy my job very much teaching educatots how to use a smartboard, troubleshooting, i had a good relationship with my staff member

Working as a team

It was great working with different people because you learn difference things everyday improving someone lives it was the best to me,I change many people lives by giving them learners licence in a good way teaching them how to be a best driver on the road.I even learnt how to deal with people problems and to solve it,I was great person to the team for long time helping my colleagues if they have problems

Being patient and willing to help and learn

I learnt to work with people especially in my community,I did what I had done withh passion.What I earn really changed my life regardless of how much is it and also changed the situation of my family as I am a bread winner

Fast learner who love working with people

I am a team player who loves people and is loved by people, love teaching myself other people's job so I can assist if my help is needed or when some of my co-workers are off sick. I have taught myself many things like how to operate the photo copying machine.

Pros: Learning from other people
Cons: Some terms have more work load than the other terms

2 Year administration experience. Ability to work independently and as team player; communicate (Written, verbal and liaising skills. Scanning documents, Photocopying, Printing and Sending and receiving Creating and maintaining database and updating Spreadsheet. Dealing with out calls and incoming calls Receiving leave forms from the GCRA interns and file them. Filling monthly CDP timesheet Good interpersonal relations . Computer literate (advanced) Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Typing skills.

Pros: Better for my self - esteem

I have learned new skills of technology

I have learned a lot in the networking,cablaing,data capturing and server administration to.am willing to learn more as I have bubbly personality and I work very hard with the knowledge and experience that I have I promise to take your company to the next level
