I am a team player who likes transferring skill to other employees, delegate my direct reporting to exercise my daily activities and ensure contingency plan when I am not available at workplace environment. encourage team to have sections meetings and reporting, have monthly management meeting which outline all challenges to day to day operations, align operational process and ensure that it discussed with their team members, quarterly staff meeting where all teams sit in one room to assess if there is any outstanding issues that were not discussed with them from management meeting.

Cons: schedule operational plans to ensure that staff dont work extra hours and if there is a need they work to ensure that operations runs smooth

Highly experienced in cost estimating, pre-contract and post contract quantity surveying experience
I have cost estimating experience. I have been involved in both pre-contract and post-contract stages of a project as a quantity surveyor and project manager in the built environment. Duties and roles include preparation of tender bids, preparation of tender documentation, cost monitoring and control, budgeting, value engineering, formulation and evaluation of contractual claims, valuation of work in progress, negotiation, preparation of final accounts and contract administration.

Customer satisfaction
my normal working day start at 8:00 , but i arrive before 7:30 so that i can check the prinnters and scanners on each floor(directorate). i also have to check the network before 8:00 am. i make sure i have a good working relationship with users. i have learnt to accomodate computer illiterate user since this is a goverment so any person get hired. the most challenging part of the jobs is that you have to be on the same level of user's computer experince when you are helping a user on the phone.

Its a very exciting environment to work in
A very challenging line of work especially because we report about the performance of the department which requires one to constantly engage with other stakeholders within the department. but, the people I work with are very friendly with good personalities and I have learned so much from them.
Pros: Improves one's engagement abilities especially with people outside one's directorate
Cons: It depends on other stakeholders response. e.g if they do not report early our work becomes slow
