Opportunity to learn and grow

I am very passionate about my job and have a good working experience with co workers as a team , have learnt perseverance and tolerance ever since ive worked in this industry because you get to meet different characters and learnt to put the best of my diversity knowdlege into place by having to accomodate each and every person and assisting each to the best of my ability but not forgetting to apply the company rules and procedures

Pros: An opportunity to get to explore other fields of the coorperate world and improve some skills that i have aquired in my working life
Cons: Weekends and long hours of work

Excellent , leaning. continuos learning

working under pressure and adapt to change am a team player , The most that I enjoy with my job couching and identifying the gaps the lease that I enjoy with my job paper work or too much admin . I have 12 years working for Ned bank ranging from enquires , tellers , sales consultant and am currently a Team leader sales for a year now

I am looking for a new challenge and your company would be ideal for me.

I am highly motivated person, work well under pressure. I always act with integrity and process driven person. I am strong believer of what u put in you will get out. I have been in the retail Bussiness for 19 years and of that 16 years of my career I have a management position. I am looking to relocate to Johannesburg Lenasia there for I am looking for new challenge in my career as well.

Pros: I love working for Mass discounters. My day starts at 7h30 in the morning and ends at 19h00. So I am use to long days. I come into contact with people on a daily basis be it customers or team member. I am a manager that like to be hands on.
Cons: I am currently stagnant in my career and looking for something new and challenging and this job would provide that for me.

Excellent learning

having a very good relationship with co employees.used to working retail hours know and understand all kinds of customers and i have to be patient,good listener,how to interact with customers and wat i enjoy most is to give a very good service to our customers.

I have experiance in all Administration related tasks. Assist during recruitment and selection. Create files for all new employees and make sure they have employee numbers and load them on the company system. Make sure all employees are inducted.

Pros: there were no promotions as we were many so chances were very few.
Cons: 8hrs
