Good experience but challenges when it comes to finding transport

Woodworking experience is good and the relationship between workers is good but employers sometimes take advantage of our desperation and hardworking and use it not in a good way

Alot of knowledge provided

I am a duty manager incharge of a company of over 67 employees ,from security,,parking attendant,treasurers,cashiers ,bar man ,waitresses,terminal attendants ,surveillance operators and general assistants.dealing with daily site operations,stock control,stock orders ,balances of all casino operations ,loading of atms etc
