Best improve Installation Technician

I've committed myself to this job, that in a short period of 2 years I've achieved the best installation technician of the year. Within these years I've learnt to work with clients(end user skills), learnt to work with a team of 5 technicians, learnt to conduct myself very professionally. And I believe one day I will be one of the best Business Analyst in Africa.

Good company

Not a good working relationship with my line manager. Great work ethics with most managers, long working and driving done on a day to day basis. Sometimes communication lacks.

Ideal growth

Gaap stretches one to the limit as i am helpdesk based and has to resolve quieries instantly. One needs to think out of the box and at the same time representing the company in the way to leave a most desirable service delivery to the clients. One fits well with the team of consultants as team work is the order of the day.

Pros: One sees this as a great opprtunity to diversify in IT

Great Experience,wonderful comoany

Gapp pint of sale is an IT/Accounting company ,i am in the admin department now for 4 years and I have moved up in great positions. I have a wonderful relationship with all my colleagues including my manager ,i enjoy coming to work as I enjoy what I do in the company, the most challenging aspects of my job is to keep my clients happy all the time. My typical work day is amazing as I make it feel like home.I work really well in a team or alone.

Pros: This company is a great leaning curve with alot of experience

There's alot of facets of business that you can learn

The job allows me room to learn different aspects of finance, accounting and taxation which i wasn't exposed to in such detail as i was previously. The working environment is amazing with friendly staff who make coming to work a pleasure.

Cons: Working odd hours at times to meet deadlines, pay sucks
