Gained more experience

I have gained experience in my job.It was fast pas environment where by you needed to be calm and patient with customer and first priority on clients.

Pros: Great exposure
Cons: Forced overtime

No growth but the salary goes up yearly by 10%

We have 2 CEOs husband and his wife, the husband is ok because he keeps things professional but the wife treats staff differently. We have no benefits even if you resign any day you won't get anything

Pros: No promotion non at all
Cons: Normal hours off weekends

Excellent working environment

I have grown in future mobile and I have learnt a lot of things .Dealing with different customer difficult and sweet its really an amazing day to day work because at the end of the day the customers must be happy and satisfied.Training new staff members made me to be more patient to making people to comprehend. Dealing with difficult problems makes one to think quickly that have made me to learn all statically skills.We used to have morning meetings discussing were to improve things and correct some error that occurred previous day.

Pros: Great opportunity to work in all stations ,growth for learning and
Cons: Unnegotiable overtime
