The barriers to overcome if budget is limited

My work starts with a morning meeting with my team to discuss the daily planned work and to review project plan. Removing the bottle necks and streamline the work flow to keep plan on track. Making sure all the support parties like quality, engineering,logistics and purchasing are on board and up to date with project. My relationship with with my team is excellent and work progress is very good. The challenges is translation as the translators are not really technical people so sometimes messages is translated wrongly. What I have learn is that although the country have young Engineers they still need coughing and leadership. But ones you have earn there respect they are very good people to work for. I enjoy the challenges of problem solving and learning the language. the most challenging aspect of my job is to get the project down with limited budget and to make sure at the end of the due date the company can produce quality engines

Pros: Job satisfaction and performance bonusses
Cons: 6 Day week and sometimes long hours depending on project

The Barriers overcome

The language translation and the way business is conducted in China especially my company makes the project very challenging . The ordering of parts needed for machines is slow due to there money management sistem and the skilled Chinese labour is mostly young graduate engineers that still need to learn on the practical side . All and all it's a remarkable achievement so far by the company . There is always a backup plan

Pros: This opportunity is putting lots of stress on my family back home fue to the long times i stay away from hom
Cons: I am currently working 6 days a week and even on Saturdays till 16H40
