First HR JOB

This year I have just started with my first HR job, my first 3 months were very hectic as I was new and did not know anything. The company I work for made it very easy for me to learn and understand the business culture through their induction program. IR was my enemy, very challenging but now it is the most interesting for me as it is challenging and keeps me on toes.

Pros: The company does not limit me as I get to learn and experience everything within HR department
Cons: Theres a lot of favorism going on
