Excellent learning curve

I am a determined and highly motivated Credit Manager with expertise in both corporate and owner managed businesses. Career achievements included setting up and continuously improving credit policies and procedures for a growing start up Group as well as awards for exceeding collections rates for a key region of a large corporate. I have natural leadership skills acquired throughout my career in both the civil sector as well as the SA Navy. I have consistently shown my loyalty to each employer by leveraging on years of experience, which resulted in the achievement of promotions and awards

Excellent and exciting company to work for.

I'm working for a small company its good and interesting and there's room for development. Love my colleague's, its such a great honour to work with them I have learnt a lot and they are now like family to me, I have acknowledge being independent worker but with team work spirit learning from them. I enjoying being with them at doing work because its very interesting. The most challenging aspects is to deal with different people on daily basis, with different attitudes approach, but still leave me with self confident that am not easily intimidated by other people and change who I am.
