Production Facility.

The facility has received large orders in recent years. The systems and structures are not in place to smoothly handle the high production volumes and this does create a difficult work environment. The historic management style is slowly being replaced by modern philosophy management, but due to the majority of managers being 55+ in age, does create high resistance to change. Production support and client interface is part of daily functions as well as document generation. The interface with suppliers and clients has honed my stakeholder management skills as well as conflict management internal as well as external to the projects. Managing cross functional projects within an organization, where information flow and cooperation is not the norm, does challenge the PMs to find creative ways to get projects completed on time.

Pros: Interesting field
Cons: poor management structures.

Excellent

Am working with very nice people for the.past 3 years I have learned a lot at Fuchs. Only thing you have to do what's beings asked for. Have a very good understanding with my supervisor and manager. What I loved about my work is the toolbox talks in the morning..

Room for growth

Opportunity to do something new environment for growth work was very demanding job but give you drive force to accelerate and to perform at your best is a very friendly environment where people help you when you didn't understand certain things and after awhile allow you to become independent and you excell in excellence I have learned that being disciplined improves my work I enjoyed the diversity in the company meeting different people and learning from those that have more experience than others the most challenging aspects of the job was to make more than what was initially required exceeding all expectations

Not much growth but every company is different.

Fuchs Electronics is a company and since all companies are different, that what makes Fuchs unique in its own ways. Just be yourself, but not by yourself.

Pros: Lovely people and environment.
Cons: Less to no growth but you will learn.

Good company

Fuchs is a good company, good environment with very nice people, everyone is willing to help. Great learning opportunity. Challenges to solve problems always occur, the teamwork makes these challenges enjoyable
