Its good for leaning expirience

Sometime it good sometimes its bad. The company does give the opportunity to grow but they is less support. I was given an oopportunity to to be trained as a LAB technician and currently some of the job at the LAB is done by me. I got an opportunity to work with external auditor from different bodies and that is what I ejoy most.

House keeping and interacting with workers. Good Communication. Purchasing skills. Connect with suppliers from abroad and local. Food Manufacturing. Computer skills. Hygiene awareness. Hazardous goods handling.

I did computer cause. i serve 6years in Data Captuting. i do first aiding

im a young energetic man. i always strive for better improvement. i Captuting all items into a CSB system that come from Sliced and Pack. i check product before i capture to make sure it is ready for a custome. i like to learn more to improve the quality of work

Excellent exposure to new things

Pleasures of working with all different people. Opportunity to grow and study further. Too much racism. Management does not recognise low level employees. The praise always goes to the seniors. The company does not need too much experience and education to be a part if it

Very good learning curve

Working at Freys as a shift leader improved me a lot and I enjoy electrical fault finding especially on PLCs and drives. I learn new things on daily basis here

Successful team player

working at Frey's Food Brands have taught me to work accurate under pressure and to multitask. since this is a company with high pressure on daily basis, accuracy id demand and quality is not compromised. i have learned how to communicate and to be a team player. i am a team leader and very supportive and able to link my values with other people i am working with, values which are Respect, Fairness, Communicate, guide and Motivate, Pride, honesty and integrity.
