My experience at Frank.Net

I start work between 8 and 8:30. I always plan my days so that I can be productive and effective daily. We have daily meetings with my team to ensure that we focus on areas of development for the previous day and also what we did well on the previous day. I have a great relationship with co-workers, always interacting and building relationships with them. It's important to build relationship with colleagues as you get to know them on a personal level. My current role has helped me expand my leadership skills and interpersonal skills. I've learnt to work well under pressure as the industry is very demanding and there's a lot of pressure daily. I love the relationship I have with the staff, motivating, mentoring and supporting them. Helping them realize their full potential. The most challenging aspect would be negative staff that complain daily about everything, people who don't see anything good and positive in situations.

Work space and team members

dealing with clients on a daily basis meeting their needs always keeping client satisfied .customer engagement.admin.data capturing and doing sales always ready to learn new things and overcome challenges.team work is a must good peoples skills.listening skills is a must and learn to work together as a team motivate and encourage one another to meet daily targets

Excellent selling

I enjoy working in a challenging environment and my best day at work is when I achieve my daily targets and exceed it early and my bad day is when I'm working so hard but fail to produce. I like working in a team it helps me to learn more from other people as well and to improve my abilities and to learn new things that can directly improve my work. I've learned to have a positive attitude no matter how bad your day is because is only the positive attitude that can change your day to be the better one.

Good company to work for.

Learnt a great deal in data analytics. Busy most times of the day however I enjoy the challenges. I love working with my fellow colleagues and have a good team relationship with them. Am really happy about what exposure I got through this company.

Excellent learning curve

I work 8am to 16:30 everyday from Monday to Friday, selling life insurance policies. I report to one leader that is my team leader because we are working in teams. I have learnt to be patient and confidence to what I do because I am dealing with customers everyday. I enjoy being around people a lot and also its a very vibey and healthy environment. the most challenging aspect of my job is the stress sales because it becomes a problem when they cannot be done.

Management was very unprofessional

Long working hours which was not stipulated in the contract,you were required to work every second or sechuled Saturday which then turned out to be every Saturday.. Being micro managed. You were being bullied your personal information was shared amongst others. working hours

Excellent learning curves for growth

Typical work day, high pace execution. Daily sales planning Daily attrition calculate versus resources available for sales applications Great working relationship wirh all I've learnt how to grow through different parts of leadership I enjoy seeing my people succeed. Nothing to mention that's challenging. Perhaps attendance around month end, always erratic.

Pros: Great stepping stones to growth.
Cons: Nothing to mention. Need new challenge
