I leant to be strategic , work smart and always put customer first all the time
working in this company for this long it has made me to see things differently and to always have a an u understanding .working with people in general has also made me to a realise that we have different personalities which at fist it was aa bit hard for me to understand .
Pros: working in frame leisure trading opened up many opportunities for me because this company is also working with other companies like sneaker leb which they also give incentives to seten individuals who able to reach a given target.
Cons: working long hours it can be tiering expecially during the holidays period , retail hours that time are very long but i leant about that is that i have to always make each and every hour worth it.

Ng new things, it is a demanding organisation interms of competition
It's a good company that look after its employees, very professional and educational, it teaches employees about growth in industry and ensure they quickly learn new things, competition is everyday since
