Hard working team player who gives a 100% everyday to meet my target & my stores,I enjoy selling to customers it gives me chance to connect with them so I can build a good customer relationship. Stock loss is the most challenging part of my job

Having to work with people, how other customers were very fond of me

I have studied communications, which I was taught how to communicate with people. I have also studied Information Practice and Computer practice which they deal with computer. I am a people's person who is very understanding.

Exploring my experience enabling me to grow

I have been proven to be the leader in the business with the promotion in recent due to my ability to quide and coach and most of all to motivate the teams to achieve their goals and expectation within the business during 2014/2015 I have been awarded the most achieving store with turnover and creating new business who h is new accounts with 207% over the plan 106 % over the plan across all foschini stores as the company expectation of 30% bench mark and I enjoy the motivating teams and customer service is the key to male me enjoy my job tittle

Its a good starting point for any individual

Foschini is an excellent company when you are at entry level position. They are flexible for students in terms of hours, study leave etc. Its a grrat learning experience with regards to team work, meeting deadlines and professional conduct.

Pros: Great for time management skills.
Cons: little to no growth opportunities

The best customer service learning curve

The best company to work for however in terms of money it's too small. I have learned lot of of things in @home mostly team work. In @home we do everything from receiving stock to selling it. I enjoy interacting with customers explaining products feature
