Forevernew is a great working environment.When working hard at times they take notice and that’s actually great when you told you a great asset.I get a long well with my colleagues as we preach team work and working together we achieve more,I have learnt a lot in this positions I’m at work I have learnt a lot because once in a while I become manager on duty and that explores me to opportunities to learn more and I can now proudly say when opportunities like assistant manager or manager comes up I’ll be very happy and confident to apply

Working at Forever New taught me how to have a lot of patience when it comes to people.

A typical work day for myself at Forever New would be quite stressful, as I am able to work well under pressure. I get along extremely well with all my fellow co-workers. I enjoy the vibrant energy each one of us bring to the work place so it's really nice. I've learnt quite a bit of things from working at Forever New - things such as how to handle different types of people with different personalities, as well as how to handle some admin work. The most challenging aspects of the job for me would be dealing with extremely difficult customers, yes it is hard to get through to some people at times but it's definitely not impossible to do.

Growth and development

I run the store on a daily basis ,doing all admin and solving problems in banking and adhering to all customer complains.making a roster every month ,give training twice a week to try and push for sales so that we can increase turn over.

I have been working for Forever New for 4 years and 6 months. I am a store manager. I am a team player, i believe that If your team is not productive its going to impact negatively for the store. I also believe that for great productivity staff needs to be motivated. I am a friendly and firm and my team relates well with me. I enjoy working for Forever New as I learnt so much and my daily responsibility include, administration, customer service, merchandising, petty cash, acknowledgment of stock, planning of roster, planning of figures, giving support and training staff. The challenges would be maintaining stock loss. I am enjoying myself at work everyday but feel that I am ready for new challenges and new responsibilities in a new environment for growth as well.

Very challenging

I work in a store with beautiful and talented ladies and my manager is a very good person who is helpful and considerate of other people my only problem with working in that company I feel as in we not being paid for wall our hard work and for our sacrifice

Excellent learning curve

I did not enjoy working there as I had 4 area managers within 15months and they all came with their own work ethics and that was very confusing and the salary was not great but great learning curve for me

Excellent learning curve

A typical work day for me is when I have to come in replen and steam and assist customers. I have a very well relationship with all my colleagues. I learnt how to ibt in and out and to work on the POS. Dressing up my customers and making them feel special to me. When I have to help the visual merchandise and helping customers at the same time.

Work load versus pay. Too much pressure and one may be fired for literally anything one would pass as Unnecessarily Petty. Higher management is rude , thus creating a hostile working environment and demotivated staff pass asUnnec
