Excellent learning curve and Productivity
I'm a hard working individual. I am productive and strategic in doing my work. I have a lot of experience in my hands due to the vast work and knowledge of different products. I have started with my ford stars program and have done a lot of courses. I have finish all my online test and courses and have started attending classroom courses. I have 8 more classes to attend before I become a master Technician. I'm very good at problem solving and fault finding. I sell an everage of 200 hours a month every month since I've been with ford.

Great learning opportunity
Great people and nice environment. Lovely experience. The people are professional and results-driven. Quality output is the ultimate goal of each shift. Time is always of the essence.

Working with people
Working with different people in the Work place made me realize and be more confident about my self I now know what am capable of doing. Again going out for sourcing selling products to people gave me lot of courage to understand people and know how to handle them My relationship with my former employees was very good we treated each other very well where by even when I don't understand something i could go and ask so I could get knowledge from them. Sourcing was the best thing ever meeting new people with their attitude but Still you need to sell the product Given a task to do in. Very small period of time that so difficult to do but at the end I finish it even though hardly so but I push until I finish.

Great career opportunity
Being assistant sales manager I have a great team that respects and confides in me, I am always there for them to motivate , support or guide to concluding deals, it’s been a great company to work for and I have always been a t am player.

Learning curve

Excellent learning curve for me
what i like most about my company we do not work at one station everyday they move us around every month to learn everything about the company. also have opportunity to go to learn with other field of study i love learning new things everyday.
