Excellent learning curve for me

Excellent relationship with current co-workers. Learnt a lot about the mining industry, new working environments. Traveling etc. I enjoy working with new people, i enjoy the challenges of new projects.

Time for change

Need a change from this rat race, I have been working for this company for 10 yrs. Always worked independently and reported directly to our CFO in USA as part of a division. For the last 2 years it all has changed and reporting structure changed drastically. New "Boss" and I do not get along and she has been trying to get me to resign in different ways, I am keen on changing in any career has been in finance for 30 years. have gained a lot of experience in the field. I am hardworking deadline driven and can work under pressure. I have always connected well with Co-workers and is a go-getter.

Excellent company that offers great experience

Great company and great people. There is a high level of skill sets and development. Lots to be learned on ground level as well as exec levels. Exposure to many different divisions and implementation strategies. Overall wonderful company to work for.

Excellent growth

I had more than 15 great working years in the finance department, assisting debtors and creditors clerks with cash books an balancing. I had good working relationship with internal staff and clients. With regrets the company restructured in 2013 and I was retrenched. I am a fast learner who can work in any environment & can adapt easily.

Cons: Financial year in January. Had to be at work on the 2nd Jan and can’t go away with family

I have 14 years experience in minning sector with section 13 fitter and turner redseal registered with MQA, as well as 3 years as Aftersales in pumps and cyclone experience. n4,diploma in architectural, AutoCAD certificate
