I grow as a person in my job

I am performing manager and accounting duties at my current job everyday. I supervise 2 office persons , 6 torrador operators, 2 cleaners, 7 cashiers and 19 attendants. In the office we order and received stock. Recon cash, debtors and creditors. Do all the pastel to trail balance. I am doing the salaries and wages, and all SARS aspects. VAT, EMP201, efilling, Easyfile and irp5 recons. Part of my day I communicate to customers and my co workers. We trust each other because we can have a good relationship with each other. I learn to work long hours and respect customers and persons working under me. The permanently on standby and call out to work at night is the biggest challenge for me. In december all i am doing is working. holidays included. After 6 years me and my family needs a change

Pros: No promotions . Working under the owner for 6 years
Cons: Long hours. Weekend and holidays hours. Receiving fuel at night and early morning hours. Most of the time on standby.
