I have 15 years credit collections experience and have worked in various sectors which range from financial, healthcare, retail to logistics. I am a self starter who works well under pressure and always strive to give my best at all times. I enjoy working with people and I am a team player. I am resilient and enjoy building and maintaining good relationships. I am consistent and believe it is important embrace any challenge relying on my work experience and education that I have acquired over the last few years. Fast learner
Through my previous job experience as a Call centre Agent for 9 years working in different companys I can be an asset to the company and i can also go an extra mile. As a team player, outspoken person, target driven, and a person who thinks out of the box i can work under pressure at any task given to me.

Cons: Its an exciting company to work for and the is growth within the company which i did not waste time i applied for another vacancy.

Great learning curve
Managing the Quality team at Finchoice for both Telemarketing and Customer Services . Assessing calls (live and historical) Training session(including refresher training). Feedback/coaching session. Identifying trends within the call centre. Compiling weekly and monthly stats. Weekly and monthly reports. Administration duties.
