It's an excellent learning curve

it's an amazing company to work at, amazing spirit among the employees, we mostly work with project that require team work and we have amazing team spirit. I started as an Mechatronics intern and I learned my way into sales.

Enjoyed autonomy in designing and implementing HR Strategies

Was given autonomy to put systems and processes in place to streamline HR processes liked recruiting and selection and creating competence based interview questionnaires based on the key performance indicators required to fulfill the job role Pleasant and cordial relationship with co-workers and senior management Challenged in getting buy in new HR strategies from key stakeholders Learnt that you can never stop learning.
