Pros: Good benefits and people to work with. Culture is localised and adaptive. Huge effort for personal development and empowerment.
Cons: Growth is limited. Legacy minded leaders.

Great learning curve

I came to FEM with very limited compliance experience. Due to the compliance department being fairly new in the company, I had learn fast and assist in getting the company to a level of compliance that was acceptable to the regulators. It has been a great learning curve and still is.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and grow
Cons: too far from home
