Good learning curve

Its a very good learning curve working here,ive learnt a lot and im stil learning, I work hand in hand with well groomed Industrial engineer and they train me to be much better than them, I understand a lot about the industrial engineering systems and techniques and how to eliminate all types of wastes and improve quality standards.

Pros: Great training
Cons: Preferably working hours

I work under lot of pressure when the machine is fault

Other day the machines was not starting I work under lot of pressure to check the fault.check all boards locked,report all not locked to shift supervisor,fix all damage db boards,check all hi bay lights working,check all tubes for emergency lights working,check all exit emergency lights working,check all lights in change room,check all lights in offices,check all lights outside building working,check all flouresent in desptch sequencing area,replace,repair where damage

Pros: Work very well with my colleagues
Cons: 6 to 6
