Fast, learner and hard working personal. Can work independently most of the time

FAULwe do fault finding and plant maintenance, stand-by duties and planned maintenance on machinery. Also daily checks on machinery. On top of that I am a safety representative for the company and the workshopT FINDING, PLANNED MAINTENANCE AND STAND-BY DUTIES

Pros: I would see myself in management position the next five years, and that's a win situation for any company to have a person who thinks and do thinks like me... In management position
Cons: Can cope very well with long hours and due dates, cause I have worked on shift for few years

Great company, limited scope for growth

- calm environment - Good co-workers in general, you would need to earn their trust coming in new. - Management culture is lacking people focus. - the most challenging aspect of the job is people's reluctance to change and embrace new developments.

Good learning curve

Feltex is a great stepping stone to your dream job if you strive for more than just a job, it's a stepping stone to your dream career. Great opportunity for studying through bursaries offered, but unfortunately seems as if there is no willingness or company culture to develop people who have utilized these bursaries

Excellent learning experience

I enjoyed working at feltex because it gave me the opportunity to be on a senior level as I was supervising the lab. I also learnt how to get involved in other departments that do not have just laboratory issues but actual quality and processing issues. The people I worked with had always helped me with all information ℹ needed.

working 06h00 to 18h00 Monday to Thursday unless otherwise include Fridays team work different type of people and also understanding each individual

Excellent company to strat and grow in

Big company with great policies in place take good care of their employees and they comply with the SETa as well as keeping their good BBBEE status. Give people with disability opportunities to work in the company. Excellent service to their cuatomers. They absorb the students that thay have trained whether through learneeahips, inservice trainees,or internships. Have great benefits for permanent staff.

Low

Salary is very low based on the amount of job I do but the experience is worth the patience at my current work place. Opportunities are very scarce currently since the company still retains its older staff.
