I'm a hard worker and can run a big unit with two hundred or more staff, I can do admin, account, finance and run a unit without at complaints, I do both front and back of house, I do my work correctly and submit submit before time

Excellent start for a first job

You get to learn more about the catering industry, and teaches you to communicate with clients, and gives you knowledge of how to keep them satisfied with your service. You work as a team and help each other with the work load. The downfall is that, staff shortage rate is high, and it results in more work for us, of which we are not paid in equivalent to the work we do. It taught me how to maintain a client, which is an advantage in comes to my Graphic Designing career The challenges are waking up at odd hours, and come home during odd hours.

Great opportunities of application of skills positive. results in staff development and training.

Project Management give one an opportunity to manage timeliness at the same time skills to your team . While working under emense pressure service quality assurance is cautiously given attention to detail. Great opportunity to meet your clients objectives through project briefing on regular basis. Financial administration of the project is one of the aspects I managed very well so that I meet the budgetary thresholds. I created a great team of dedicated people who previously did not have the motivation I instilled with consistent communication and clear guidance on tasks.

Pros: Great feedback from clients and extention of contract to another five years
Cons: Pressure on meeting timeliness and extended hours of work

Is a large Company with so many Units and employees.Im learning a lot from tham.I work in so many division in the Company.I know everything when it comes to this industry.

Working nice with people

We are working nice but sometimes is so hard to explain how we are working but u know job is a job we need to keep it. While we work under pressure but we need to respect our job and make it work bcouse we need it.

Good skill and multitasking and working hard

I was working the whole week, 9 hours in a day enjoying to work and my relationship with my partner is good, nice to work with everyone and learn so much things e.g good communication, knowing thing, to be a good trainer officer and to be at wrk was nice, the time, working, my hours and there were some challenges like sometimes takling with people and working under pressure

I loved working with people while I was young Studying hospitality and catering services is the best thing for me Enjoying working under pressure at short space of time is a dream come true Customer service is the best thing ever, keeping the customers happy is my priority that's what I enjoy the most even handling successfully those who feels that they've been given a bad service is a plus for me I've learned that everything is possible if you put in all your best. I've grown fast from a cool to a supervisor because of my dedication to my work Communication Respect each other Team work Is what I have learned the most in my company Now it's time for me to explore the industry

Exceptional learning experience

Everyday in the morning when I arrive at work I have to prepare breakfast then gather with my fellow colleagues and dialscuss the menu for the day .we then divide the menu amongst ourselves, our menu consist of five choice meals so we then divide accordingly.after that starts the food preparation as the issuing of ingredient is made a day before then we cook.I then help FSA to serve our customers according to their preference that's when I deal directly with our customers daily,sometimes I encounter problems and I have to resolve them right there and help the next customer with a smile and welcoming mood and attitude. Its always adviced of us to try and bring new ideas for our menu's to keep our customers interested and happy
