Motivation to excel

i have been working the night shift for 5 years permanently. i typical work day is coming in the evening gathering work and sorting data to be captured from importance to less importance. i work in a office of ten people and we all get on really well. We are a diverse group of people, different ages, race and religions. I have thus learnt well to work in a team relieving and supporting the next when they are unable to perform accordingly. I enjoy the diverse working environment and enjoy what i do I would like more opportunities especially to study further and excel to a next level. Also would appreciate more courses for the gain of both the company and myself.

My title carries huge responsibilites knowing you must give clients excellent service.

Working at this company prepares you to work under any circumstances you may find yourself in. For example in my current job you expected to frame 80-120 a day wit minimum mistakes. You come up through the ranks therefore you are in a position to understand and absorb the pressure of the company. The only downfall is you are never recognized as you being told you have been groomed by the company and you not on par with your peers in the industry pay wise. You therefore appreciate the experience and take it somewhere else where it will be more appreciated.

Pros: Promotion without proper compensation will always push you to leave.
Cons: Very long working hours.

I am a very good listener, a friend and a person who is willing to take risks and who is very reliable. I am a person who takes pride in what I do because I believe that is something that adds value to myself and to the company. Learning and getting some experience

Its a good company. Because they is so much I have learned in the logistics. Data captering.printing of waybill.dispatching. loading of goods and picking & packing .I thank the company for giving me the opportunity of bealiving in me that I can make a difference

It's a good learning curve. getting multi skilled

It's a good learning curve i Have learnt alot in the time that i've been here. i have been in few other departments to see how it works and functions on a daily basis.

I learnt alot at the company

From the time I started at the company I've been learning and learning and taking over people's jobs and actually doing their work on a daily basis. At one point I was doing 3 people's jobs and get paid my normal salary. If I'm on leave no one will do my work but if someone else goes on leave I have to do their work

Pros: Working for a big company gives you exposure
Cons: You can work as hard as you can but recognition is never a thing at the company

I have learned to work as a team to achieve a goals for the business

i have a strong communication skills with lots of experience and qualification . i work well with people and i am willing to work under pressure. im always on time if ever i should submit a report or something.

Pros: i was promoted from admin team leader to operation manager

Excellent

For me working at FedEx it was exciting working very hard and its always busy up and down working coming back from driving working in the factrie parking.. For I have enjoy.
