A typical work day is non-stop...

A typical workday is non-stop, as it is an express courier company, so everything is urgent. Considering that I lead the In-House E-commerce departments, that means that deliveries and returns are also ultra urgent. I have learned to try to keep clear goals in sight, learn as much as I can in as quick a period as possible and always pass knowledge on to my teams so that they understand the bigger picture. Up-Skilling my teams and getting their buy-in is crucial for me to lead as best as possible. The most challenging aspect of my job is time and prioritizing, as mentioned before, everything is urgent and each query is just as important as the previous one.e previous one.

Pros: Good company, with good benefits. Nice working environment, tools and equipment always provided
Cons: Can get extremely busy, with long hours.
