I love what I am doing and been in salea for 30 years

My day starts with answering emails from clients and to give them feed back on problems they are experiencing. Sending Invoices when new stock is required. Phoning clients to make sure they have enough stock to send their parcels. Sending emails to prospective customers through email marketing. Cold calling and marketing the company's service and products. I believe in customer satisfaction. Customer service is very important to me. The most challenging aspect of the job is making target.

Excellent learning curve

It is a good start to acquire driving experience that most companies require, they do not pay well for the risks that the driver is facing, they do not need experience as well, that is why I am saying is an excellent learning curve.

Customer service agent

Reply and send emails to customers Deal with online enquiries Answer and make calls Help at the reception desk with once off customers, depot collections, answering calls and referring calls accordingly on the switchboard

Good learning experience

A Very demanding Job Physically, with the deapatching and Delivering aof Parcels of Different Metric Sizes. Days Are spent mostly on the road Giving people their Parcels and Making Parcel Collections. Client Friendly a Manners is A number One Trait

It is bad course i get less salary as this job is not a permenet job

I love working with with my colleagues but i dont like the fact that i am not working everyday as i am a relief driver.sometimes i only work twice a month which means il get get salary and not be able to put food on the table

Traditional courier company

The company does not have growth and still has an old way of doing things. As a traditionalist company,I believe they do not consider progress but will keep one stagnant for years

Learning the streets of cape town, admin, dealing with clients

Am a Driver and doing Admin work. It's been proven that I can perform all necessary duties described in my job description and even be able to train others.

Pros: not much promotion happening here
Cons: long hours when asked
