Communication skill
we work as team , assist each other were its needed , my colleague are the most wonderful people. we have different challenges daily and resolve them as they come, due to us working in a courier company as we have been trained to treat every query differently and also be open minded, i have learned to work under pressure and to think on you toes , communication is ne of the best thing i have learned because you need to listen to the customer accurately because most customers they dont like repeating themselves , i enjoy speaking to customer and resolving their quires, the most challenging times are holidays , because customers are getting married , going on vacations and ect . and you would find that parcel is delayed or late , how ever you need to assure the customer the time .
Pros: our call center department is very small and we have 10 people in the including supervisor and call center manger in order to get a promotion someone nedds to resign or get fired which you will not wish people to get fired because you want a promition , this one of the reason why i am currently looking for a job , i would like to work in a comapny where there is growth and and opportunities within the organization and be liable assets for the company .

Bad Learning Curve
Working at Fast way has had some good and bad memories as it was my first job. The management makes employees feel less important. Asking for a leave Is a mission as you will be asked why though you have enough days accumulated. We are forced to work overtime and the hours are long as we start working from 07:30 in the morning till 20:00pm from Monday to Friday then again work on Saturdays. We have no shifts or anyone to relieve us which ends up Making our bodies tired. Should you wake up one day in the morning not feeling well you are being told that you should bring a doctor's letter yet on their employees it specifically states that we can only bring a doctor's letter if we are absent from work for two consecutive days. I haven't enjoyed anything at Fast way and would like to get out of this place.

Improvising and managing are sons and daughters of success/promotions
i have learnt the Leadership and management skills on how to run a business, communication skills on how to communicate with the clients and the employees. my duties on daily basis is to dispatch stock and receiving of stock from other branches nation wide. I am an operation manger who looks after the company assets and its inventories, I have more hours in doing my operation administration systematically I am compute literate I understand all the Microsoft office tools. I drive a forklift and assist other franchisee with audits to improve their businesses, I enjoy my work like how I enjoy my coffee. I know to handle the delays of inventories, customer complaints and I participate more in the meeting . I am not shy to ask questions where I don't understand

Working with people
Everday is new challenge. Getting to work early in the morning sorting out you parcels that you need to deliver. Work load is not the same everyday.what I leant is customer service is very important keeping your customers happy at all times. The smiles you get when they open the door and receive the item that they maybe bought online.

An enjoyable company at times, however treatment of workers should be the same,
hewithwith lack of transport things are rather difficult which are over seen, they expect you to get to work no matter what, you are given a positiion but do not think of others, when you explain you are told to make a plan, it is not a problem of theirs, training is given but expectations are high, and training is not in fulllp
