Gaining more experience on property selling and leasing

First thing I check e-mails and respond to those that need response. Check my managers diary for appoints he has for the day, answer incoming calls, doing filing and caturing of clients information on files. I work well with my co-workers and we understand each other well. I have learnt so much about selling and leasing properties. I enjoy interacting with differnt people from different cultures. Helping them to achieve the dream of owning their own houses. The most challenging aspects of the job is when we go to faraway towns for auctions and have to come back late as I am a single mother, I stay with my 8 year old daughter whom I have to fetch from school every day.

Pros: In future i can be able to open my own company form the experience I gained from here.
Cons: Working long hours without being paid for them.

I learnt a lot about real estate

My typical work day starts by checking e-mails,respond to those that need response.Check for appointments if there are, send a reminder to clients, do filing of documents,scanning, typing. Make adverts when we have a property to be sold,see to it that I send it to Daily Dispatch on time. I have a beautiful relationship with my co-workers,we work well together. Every one knows her/his duties and we help each other when needed. I have laernt so much about real estates. I enjoy dealing with different people from all over eastern cape and helping them to achieve the dream of owning a house or buying a farm. The most challenging part of the job is when you have to travell to far away towns for an auction and you have to come back late. As I am a single mother that becomes a challenge to me as I have to arrange or ask other people to hepl me out on that.

Pros: It's great learning experience.
Cons: Getting less money compared to the kind of job you doing.
