Excellent learning experience

It was a great learning and excellent experience, I went to to work everyday knowing that I see very friendly faces. My colleagues were friendly they were always smiling ready to start the day, we have a good relationship with each other always assisting one another. Being there with them was a joy for me. I learn that working together as group and focus on the job you are hired for can uplifting the company. The most challenging aspect of the job was to reach the target of the day, everyday as the days are not the same, but we were able to make it happen.

Great company

Tremendous opportunity

I am Minenhle Masinga I am an amazing young woman who believes in making the impossible,possible. I enjoy helping people and fulfilling their needs. I love to work accordingly so I normal challenge myself daily from making the biggest target or achieving the impossible. I am a hard worker and have the ability to work under pressure.

Great learning curve

I am a supervisor for the cashier so my day usually starts off with counting money giving till floats doing paperwork. Some days are more tiring then others I order stock do cash drops and cash ups. I do fidelity pick up and change request. I have to order stationary and do stock movements. Receive boxes and capture new stock. Send daily email with target information to area manager and operations.

Pros: great oppurtunity for promotions
Cons: long hours, no over time and the salary is little for the lot of work you do

Great learning experience

It's been great working with 18 staff of which i was in charge off payroll month schedules and all admin duties I shared great relationships with all staff and was able to assist and understand them through every aspect concerning work.

Opportunity to grow and learn

I work in customer service industry,i deal wth clients and their quiries,i handle all orders,money delivery and store admin,i hv learned to multitask and work in a team,handle pressure and to be target driven,set and archive targets,meet deadlines on time

Excellent customer service

Opening and closing of stores, staff moral, liars with management, assist in g4 pick up and send off, store marchendising, store management assist in other stores, queries and complaints handling.

Proactive Team Player, Productive and Efficient.

Work is done equally. We had a good relationship with co-workers. I have learned to work under pressure. Enjoy the relationship I had with the employees Some workers are not ethical.
