HAVING MORE CUSTOMER EXPRIENCE
A MONDAY ITS MY TYPICAL DAY,AM A TEAM WORKER I ALWAYS INSPIRE MY TEAM AND MOTIVATE THEM.I HAVE LEARNT MUCH IN RETAIL MORE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS HOW TO HANDLE A CUSTOMERS COMPLAINS,I ENJOY THE BUSIEST DAY IN OUR STORE WHEN I HAVE TO BE ALL ROUNDER AND HELP OTHERS.THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS ITS WHEN I HAVE TO ACHIEVE MY TARGET I HAVE TO PUT MORE EFFORT TO ACHIEVE MY GOALS. BECAUSE I HATE TO BE A FAILURE.

I am eager to work hard and improve more.
My typical work day is starting off with morning breakfast for 10min and then having a meeting about my daily work per day,and Start the day.My relationship with my co-workers is is common because we all young but we understand each other and we work hard.I have learned alot of things,I have learn how to speak and be a good stock controller and cashier,I have learned how do work on computer,I have learned not to be selfish,but to fight for what I want in life.I enjoy working with people even if they cranky at times.The most challenging part is lifting boxes,I always get help by a male.my partner in stockroom.
Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTION

20 years retail experience at management level , I have worked in a variety of retail organizations.
Self-motivated retail operations leader with more than 20 years of active experience – Possess the required determination to improve performance with utmost sense of obligation and carefulness I am currently the National Operations Manager Retail at Fashion Fusion South Africa and have held this position for the last 3 years. I am based in the KZN Durban and responsible for the National footprint of the company and oversee all aspects of the operations of stores and include the effective and efficient running of stores with focus on cost containment, inventory management, sales generation, marketing and promotions and effective staff management and leadership. The group is made up of 53 stores located nationally and has an annual turnover generation of R750 million , My direct reports include 4 area manager and 1 regional manager who in turn oversees 4 area managers. I play an integral role in the sales, marketing, merchandise and trend strategy formulation for the group.

Learning how to communicate with customers
Retail is a new experience for me.I enjoy assisting client let it be through telephone or face to face. It's a big challenging helping more than 3 customers at the same time during month end periods but it's achievable. Learn that customer service goes beyond just helping a customer but can build relationships with people to become loyal customers due to the service provided

I'm a store manager and our staff compliment is 12
I'm a hardworking individual, can work better as a team member. I'm punctual and consistent. I can work under pressure and I'm very good at what I'm doing. I have excellent customer service skills. And I also go that extra mile for our clients

Customer service and delegation is my strong points
I'm a hard worker and fast learner, love to work as a team and deliver excellent service, I'm punctual and I'm dedicated to my work love to work with customers
Pros: it's very exciting to work at fashion fusion because you work with customers and I enjoy working with people. as for the staff, we are all working together as a team and that's what makes it more excited. together everyone achieve more , that's team work .
Cons: only some times we will work exta hours to achieve our daily targets

Good career growing platform
Good sales experience, target driven field that teaches you to work under pressure. Manage staff of different sex and ages. Knowing what's new and new promotions. Interaction with different customers and different personalities. Handling money and issuing floats. Character building and multi tasking.

Good experience
I am a self motivated, well organized and a conscientious worker. I perform well under pressure, and enjoy and accept responsibilities. I have the energy, drive, motivation and I have a passion for Solving problems and will fulfil any task to the best of my ability. My enthusiasm to learn and ability to communicate with people On all levels will stand me in good stead. Given the opportunity, You are assured of a dedicated, trustworthy and a hard working person. My strong points are my abilities to meet deadlines and achieve goals I am confident that I would be an asset to any company, as I have the skills and a positive mindset.

Great working curve
The company I work for is a very strict company thei can't see what I'm writing as it's not showing but I think the you will understand my situation the company I work for is a very good but strict about the and problems they issued warnings now and then to employee but we managed to stay as we were able to get to cover each other in some situation as we were a team we had our own problems with one another but at the end we resolved it along the way it was a good place to work in we enjoyed the rewards for every month as we reached target we got a persentage of money for hard work . The persentage went with challenges coz we hat to reach the targets to get intensive with out it the salary was too small to live with.

Fair learning curve
working at fashion fusion in base on working as a team very important, to communicate with each other everyday, knowing what is aspect from knowing what our customers wants from us, our main aim in our company is to reach our daily and monthly targets, learning everyday how to converts our customers to buy a new item, promoting our new stock, our main aim as fashion fusion staff is keeping our customers happy ,work together, reach our target so we all can be happy at the end of the day.
