Sales representative in the food industry

Key Responsibilities are handling a full customer base, geographically in the Wynberg, Mitchells Plain and Kuilsriver area, who consist of supermarkets - Food lovers, Pick n Pay’s , Butchers, Cafes, restaurants and local stores. Respond to call-in client inquiries and daily orders of our products and services internally in a professional manner, creation of quotes, Invoice routes to go out correctly, in-store visits with the sales manager and Promotional point of sale customer interactions. Weekly meetings with the sales manager for targets and growth. Work with other team members to ensure maximum brand exposure. Achieved sales targets as the second highest in the sales team sold 60 000kg of products and stock in Dec month 2019. *Sales Graph, Ask if needed.

What my day is like

The first thing that I do in the morning is following up on my customers order wheather any of the orders came back due to late deliveries and if therme any customer quarries.Assist with invoicing till about 9:00am . If I dont have meetings set up then I will go into the trade and go visit customer to see where I can improve in the sales and to grow the basket and also at the same time look for new customers . I always set myself goals every

Lacks passion and the need for growth

I am grateful to be able to have a job and earn a salary, my experience working for this company hasn't been the best but definitely a learning curb and a stepping stone. I have grown to love the people I work with
