Best company for skill development

The company hire me as a learner and gave me a permament position after two year. I had no idea what was accounts payable and how does it work. But in the past 5 years I have learn alot from the deapartment and the business management on itself. The company made sure that I develop my skills and gave me opportunities to learn more to Improve my knowledge. First and the best company to hqve worked for. They have train me now I'm ready to develop more of my knowledge from after company's.

Innovative company with a drive for the future

A work day is busy with many tasks to complete. The organization drive high deliverables and expects outputs on the same day. Get along well with co-workers. I have learnt many things over the last couple of years that has resulted in me growing as a person. The great driver now is the automisation or processes which is very interesting. I enjoy the work i done and the interactions with business units. Most challenging part is dealing with the politics in the organization and people’s agendas.

Exellent, engaging learning and good work ethic

Being my first time working in a mining environment as part of the client's team, I leant a lot about the importance of safety, quality and punctuality. Taking responsibility and sharing of information was of paramount importance.

Excellent learning opportunity

My typical work day includes drafting and managing RFQ submissions and manage commercial construction contracts in accordance with PMBok, NEC, Fidic or JBCC procedures. I have a great relationship with my team members over the past two years we've manage to achieve project goals by working together as a unit. What i enjoy most about working in the mining and construction industry is that you get an insight on so many aspects of this field The most challenging aspects of this job is reaching project schedule dates on time and to make sure that scheduled scopes of works are completed as per FOP and POP dates .

Cons: Stressfull working environment
