Good learning curve

Started 2004 as a instrumentation aide got a learner ship and qualife 2009 as a instrument mechanician got promoted to instrument technician and we were retrenched 2016

Excellent work environment

Exxaro is also one of the good company I have worked for. I had a very good relationship with employees to a level where I have influenced then in a positive way. I have learnt very extensively on how to effectively conductbaudits and maintaining the safety system. The most challenging this was to run two operations at the same time, very challenging by enjoyable at the same time.

Pros: Great opportunity for career growth
Cons: Working 12hrs a day
