How to handle myself in a sticky situation

Relationship I have with my co-workers is amazing, yes we do have ups and downs but that actually brings us together and have that strong “family” And Respect towards each other. The environment is very well, with the fact that they have the “open door” policy whereby you can approach your manager and talk to him/her about your personal issues, and maybe get advice from them. I enjoy the environment the most when it comes to where I work, the people are friendly, Everyone is like family.

Cons: Slim chances of promotion

Excellent learning curve

Enjoy working with different people. having to flex to different evididuals. I have learned to connect with people on other level. Most challenging part is when you going through personal problems and having to make sure that your customers are happy not having to feel that your mood. Working late shift is a bit changing and working long hours. Having to work weekends and not being paid extra for it.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Good to gain experience

It's fine if you wanting to gain experience but it's is not a forever home This company is good at creating the family type of environment how wever they can also over promise and under deliver

Training 30 - 50 New Hires

Growth comes in many forms. Deadlines are important and to set clear expectations around them. Communication is always key. I Enjoy training the client product the mist and coaching our new hires along the development and journey. Mist challenging would be handling 30 -50 personalities and still being able to deliver on what is expected.

Cons: Only night shift

Challenge each day

I get along with any type of personality. I love getting to know people as it took me a short while to get to know my working mates. Im always up for a challenge so i take each day as it comes and try my best to all do my best. I like to show results. and i always try to motivate the people around me as im a free spirit. The challenging aspects of the job is that they have late hours and it is straight shift it never changes.

Pros: as the company is very small there is alot of growth out there but the downlaff is the shifts.
Cons: Lobg working hours.
